Ordering a Cover
How do I order a car cover?
Online Orders:
1. Collect your car's make, model, year and body shape.
2. Measure the length of your car, bumper-to-bumper. Always round up.
3. Click 'ORDER A COVER' in the menu at the top of the screen.
4. Click 'Add to Cart' under the relevant car cover you wish to purchase.
5. Select your size, colour and whether you want embroidery on the cover.
6. Based on the selection, the price will update.
7. Type in your car's make, model, year and body shape in the section provided.
8. Click 'Add to Cart'.
9. Click on your shopping cart icon in the menu above and review your order.
10. Continue to payment and complete the payment process.
11. Your order is complete. You will be sent tracking information when the cover is posted.

My car is modified, how can I be sure the cover will fit.
The Covers
1. What are the covers made from?
- Indoor Dust Covers are made from 100% Cotton Material.
- Outdoor Water-repellent Covers are made from Canvas Material.
- Display Covers are made from Satin Material.
2. Will the cover scratch my car?
- Indoor Dust Covers:
As they are constructed from 100% Cotton Material, there is nothing in the cover that can scratch the car; please ensure your car is clean before putting the cover on.

- Outdoor Water-repellent Covers:
Outdoor Water-repellent Covers will not scratch the car provided:
1. They are not used on matte paintwork.
2. The cover is used according to the instructions provided with the cover.
3. The cover fits correctly. If you receive your cover and it does not not fit correctly, please let us know so that we can make the relevant adjustments to your cover.
4. The tie-down strap is used.
5. Avoid major storm cells
6. Ensure your car is clean before putting the cover on.

-Display Covers: No, the display covers will not scratch the paintwork. Please ensure your car is clean before putting the cover on.
3. Do the covers have elastic?
Indoor Dust Car Covers and Outdoor Water-repellent Car Covers come with front and rear elastic that scoops up under the front and rear bumper of the car. The elastic can be removed from the covers; simply add a note to your order, and we can construct the cover without the elastic. This option is not available for Outdoor Water-repellent Car Covers.
Display Car Covers do not come with elastic.
4. Are the covers a stretch-fit?
Indoor Dust Car Covers and Outdoor Water-repellent Car Covers are not made from stretch-fit material.

We feel that using stretch-fit material creates larger gaps amongst the material's fibres, allowing dust to get through the material and onto the car.
Indoor Dust Car Covers and Outdoor Water-repellent Car Covers are tailor-fitted to your car. This means that all our covers are made from templates taken from each make and model of car. Each cover has been handcrafted to follow the contours of your car, making it truly a customised tailor experience.

The Templates
6. What happens if you don't have a template for my car?
Three things.
​
First, if you are located in Mandurah, Western Australia, you can bring the car to our workshop, where we can make a template of the car. There is no additional charge for us to make a template.
​
If we need to make a template, we will contact you to arrange a time for you to come to the workshop.
​
Second, if you are not located in Western Australia, we will try to find a car in Western Australia from which we can make the template. We will contact you to update you on the progress of your order if this is the case.
​
Last, if we cannot find the same make or model car, or you cannot come to the workshop, we will offer a full refund. We will contact you if this is the case and keep you updated on the refund process.
